  1. In your small group (no mentor needed) write one paragraph describing the difference between Monkey Mind and your Voice of Wisdom.

  2. Practice from 1:09-4:06 of Maria presenting Monkey Mind in this video (see recording in follow up email) 20x in the mirror and then record yourself.  Upload to the video practice spreadsheet and share on Slack.  (In the context of the Clark Terry article, this is imitation!)
